Inpatient vs. Outpatient Treatment

There are a wide range of treatment options to consider when deciding between inpatient vs. outpatient rehab for substance abuse. Substance use disorder disrupts each aspect of life, which is why our approach builds our guests back up to give them the full recovery and confidence they need to get and stay sober. Our approach at Royal Life Centers is holistic, we treat the mind, body, and spirit for full recovery. Our service options span from both inpatient and outpatient levels of care. Royal Life Centers will bring you comprehensive addiction treatment that transitions with you through your stages of recovery.

Inpatient vs. Outpatient Treatment
Inpatient Rehabilitation

Our inpatient levels of care at Royal Life Centers include medical detox and our residential inpatient program. Residential treatment means that you will be living in our treatment facility through out both recovery programs. The length of stay at our medical detox center can be 4 or 8 days long, depending on the needs of each guest. In order to determine your stay with us, our medical professionals in our detox center will assess and evaluate your symptoms of withdrawal, whether they be physical, mental, or both.

Following medical detox, guests are encouraged to take part in our residential inpatient program, to begin the work of recovery. Our treatment centers do not run as a typical 28 day or 30 day rehab program, we offer medical detox at either 4 or 8 days, and then our 2-week residential inpatient program. These two inpatient treatment programs are designed to guide guests through the very early stages of recovery, for wellness at the levels of body, mind, and spirit. Our rehab centers care for patients with co-occuring disorders as well, to ensure stable mental health alongside the treatment for substance use disorders.

Outpatient Rehabilitation

Our outpatient treatment options follow the same therapeutic programming as our inpatient levels of care, with more responsibilities, freedoms, and flexibility. The types of outpatient programs we have at Royal Life Centers includes individual therapy, group therapy, behavioral therapy, and physical wellness therapy. Royal Life Centers offers a 9-week program that guests begin at PHP (partial hospitalization program) and transition into IOP (intensive outpatient program), all while living in our sober living housing.

Royal Life Centers also offers an outpatient rehab program for first-time guests who have time in sobriety, and would like to enrich their recovery with our support. Our traditional outpatient programming is for these first-time guests, as well as guests who have completed our 9-week program. Once guests move into an outpatient level of care, they are invited to live in our graduate housing or may choose to live at home. Our outpatient programming allows for the same individualized treatment plan approach that the rest of our services rely on. Guests play an active role in their treatment by working with a case manager to develop a treatment plan with therapies and topics that apply to them and their recovery.

Our outpatient program supports long term sobriety. At Royal Life Centers, we teach guests how to cope with the stressors of life while also making their recovery the priority. We encourage guests to find a balance between life and work, which is why we offer graduate housing options for our guests who have completed our 9-week program and have obtained a job. We teach coping skills, relapse prevention, how to have healthy relationships, how to balance family and friends with recovery, and more. Our goal at Royal Life Centers is to give you all of the insight and tools you need to build a successful life in lasting sobriety.

Sober Living and Graduate Housing

Guests will live at our sober living facilities if they participate in our 9-week program that transitions them from PHP to IOP. Our guests who complete this 9-week program and obtain a job, along with some first-time guests, are invited to live in our Graduate Housing. Both housing options offer an in-house staff which is attentive and awake 24/7 for all of our guests. Guests are held accountable with nightly check-ins and regular urinalysis testing. Family and friends can be rest assured that their loved one is safe in our hands, and supported at all times through out the day and night.

Our Royal Life Centers team becomes family to our guests also, and all completed guests will become a part of our alumni network, keeping the community connected. Sober living and graduate housing is the perfect option for guests wanting to safely transition back into independent living. Our sober living and graduate housing options create a sense of community, a sober support network, accountability and support. Our graduate housing is a great service if you are looking for a more long term treatment, with outpatient programming options that provides therapy weekly, bi-weekly, or even on a monthly frequency.
