What is Outpatient Treatment for Alcoholism?

Alcohol treatment centers like ours offer comprehensive treatment for alcohol addiction at different levels of care. Outpatient treatment for alcoholism is available in many of our Royal Life Centers locations.
Outpatient rehabilitation programs are a less-structured, flexible aftercare option.
Outpatient treatments for drug and alcohol abuse are designed to follow our guests from day treatment, or residential treatment, to adapt to their lives with more freedom as they go through the recovery process. Our outpatient rehabs allow for our guests to take on more freedoms and responsibilities, while still having support available to them 24/7.
Treatment
With alcohol and substance use disorders, seeking further addiction treatment after attending a medical detox center is highly recommended. Medical detoxification rehab centers will address any withdrawal symptoms and health issues through out a drug or alcohol detox. Continuing addiction treatment greatly increases your chances of staying sober. Alcohol and substance abuse reaches far beyond medical detoxification; at Royal Life Centers, we find the root cause of substance use disorders and treat the mind, body, and spirit.
The period of time a program lasts depends upon the treatment plan, created with and for each individual guest. At Royal Life Centers, we offer various treatment programs at different levels of care. Following our medical detox program, we have many treatment options available to address the effect of substance abuse and any co-occuring mental health disorders.
Outpatient Options
For our outpatient services, we offer intensive outpatient programs and outpatient programs. Our guests are even able to attend an outpatient treatment program while living in our sober living facilities, also known as our “graduate housing.” Our outpatient program does not require guests to live in Royal Life Centers housing, leaving the option for our outpatient guests to live at home.
Our 9-week Outpatient Program
We offer a 9-week outpatient program, which consists of three weeks in the partial hospitalization program (PHP), followed by six weeks of our intensive outpatient program (IOP).  After completing this 9-week program, our guests may choose to stay with Royal Life Centers in our strictly outpatient level of care.
Outpatient Program
Our outpatient level of care is very flexible, and includes continuing treatment with us at your personal convenience. At the outpatient level of care, our guests can choose to attend therapy on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Nightly curfews and regular UA tests for outpatient guests hold a sense of accountability. Our outpatient program was designed for our guests who are employed and self-sufficient, preparing and guiding these guests for living on their own. Our goal is to give outpatient guests confidence in their sobriety.
Continuing Care at Royal Life Centers Housing
