Kelsey Jones, MS, LPC offers her experienced eye to Royal Life Centers as one of our medical reviewers for blog post content. As the Clinical Director for one of our sister companies in Arizona, Vogue Recovery Center, Kelsey has hands-on experience working in the field of addiction treatment.

 

Originally born and raised in Kansas, Kelsey moved to Arizona in 2004 for college. Since 2007, she has been in the behavioral health field, having earned her Master of Science (MS) in counseling psychology. More specifically, her educational background extends from infant-family practices to counseling and guidance. In addition, Kelsey Jones is a licensed professional counselor (LPC).

 

Throughout her career, Kelsey utilizes her skills working with the seriously mentally ill co-occurring disorders population. She has overseen clients within both residential treatment programs and outpatient settings.

 

For the past several years, Kelsey has worked behind the scenes by providing clinical training to all direct care staff. In doing so, she teaches treatment professionals various training on cultural competency, mental health diagnosis, compassion fatigue, and other stressors that impact mental health. Kelsey Jones is passionate about helping clients understand what they are experiencing while providing healthier alternatives that promote healing.
