Executive Director

Tiffany Nelson is the dedicated executive director for Royal Life Centers’ detox and inpatient rehab facility in Sumner, WashingtonIn her role, Tiffany leverages her leadership and management expertise to oversee daily operations, ensuring the facility provides a safe, supportive environment for both staff and clients. Her responsibilities extend across compliance and accreditation, quality assurance, program development, staff supervision and training, client advocacy, and fostering relationships with community organizations and referral sources.

Tiffany began her journey in the behavioral health field in 2021 as a Behavioral Health Technician at Royal Life Centers. Her hard work and commitment propelled her through various roles, including Lead Behavioral Health Technician and Behavioral Health Technician Supervisor, before advancing to Director of Operations and Executive Director. She currently holds both positions for the Sumner detox and residential treatment center.

Her earlier roles provided Tiffany with hands-on experience supporting clients throughout their recovery journeys. As Lead BHT and BHT Supervisor, she honed her leadership abilities, managed staff, and upheld quality care standards. Now, as Executive Director and Director of Operations, she oversees daily operations, compliance, staff development, and strategic planning to maintain excellence in client care—a commitment that earned her the distinguished Employee of the Year award in 2022.

Tiffany is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in psychology and is in the process of obtaining her Substance Use Disorder Professional Trainee (SUDPT) license to deepen her expertise in the field. She has also received specialized training in CSSR (Columbia-Suicide Severity Rating) and ASAM (American Society of Addiction Medicine) during her time at Royal Life Centers.

Her passion for this field stems from her personal journey of overcoming challenges, which inspired her to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others. Tiffany’s unwavering dedication to helping those struggling with addiction and mental health issues allows her to provide the support and guidance necessary for others to rebuild their lives. She finds immense fulfillment in witnessing clients progress in their recovery and achieve long-term well-being.

Outside of work, Tiffany cherishes quality time with her fiancé and five children. She is an outdoor enthusiast who enjoys snowboarding, camping, and exploring new travel destinations. Tiffany’s personal and professional pursuits reflect her commitment to making a lasting impact on the lives of others while embracing life’s adventures.
