Kyle Sanders
Executive Director
Kyle Sanders serves as the Executive Director for our three Arizona rehabilitation centers located in Prescott, Arizona. As Executive Director, Kyle supervises the operations of our Arizona drug detox facility, men’s rehab program, and women’s recovery center. Within this role, he uplifts both guests and staff through consistent positive reinforcement and unwavering support. Additionally, he offers endless encouragement, guiding each individual on their path toward recovery as a crucial motivator.
In 2019, Kyle became a part of the Aliya Health Group team, joining as the sober living manager for their Phoenix, Arizona drug and alcohol rehab, Vogue Recovery Center. After excelling in this role for two years, Kyle took on the position of Lead Behavioral Technician at Vogue. A year later, he relocated to Prescott, AZ, where he seamlessly performed the dual responsibilities of BHT Supervisor and Director of Operations for Royal Life Centers. Within a few months, Kyle Sanders climbed the ranks, earning the title of Executive Director for Royal’s facilities in Arizona.
Kyle Sanders’ empathy and commitment have significantly influenced the lives of individuals in early recovery. In his position, Kyle manages Royal’s three addiction treatment centers in Arizona. To accomplish this, he oversees our detox, residential, PHP, IOP, and OP programs, as well as associated sober living residences. He consistently fosters a productive environment for team building, leveraging staff capabilities, and constantly reevaluating programs to determine the most effective ways to support our guests.
As a member of the recovery community, Kyle embarked on his addiction treatment career, simultaneously maintaining his own recovery by assisting others. With his extensive experience in long-term recovery, he is passionately committed to refining every aspect of Royal’s Arizona programs. In doing so, he assists our staff in ensuring the success of our guests in their early recovery stages.
Outside of work, Kyle enjoys spending quality time with his beautiful girlfriend and puppy at home in Prescott Valley.
